FOUNDER
Sian Williams is a passionate culturalist committed to helping companies build positive, engaged and productive cultures.
Sian began her career in the cosmetics industry in sales and marketing. She then transitioned to watches and accessories where she was the
Country Manager for Fossil, the President of Bulova, and now the founder of Culture with Purpose. Scroll below for a recap of the global

Understanding that every company is unique, a customized program is created to best serve their specific needs. One of her proudest accomplishments happened during her time at Fossil. When she first began, the Pulse Survey from her predecessor showed that the team was globally the least engaged. After putting her efforts into developing a positive culture, the following year she achieved the highest engagement globally at 94%!
Balancing the needs of the company with the needs of the employees allows for empathy and compassion while also generating profits. Both can be done!
