CEO presents the new Purpose, CWP will prepare this deck for CEO's editing (if so desired). CEO introduces Sian, who presents the CWP deck including statistics & benefits. CEO then presents Next Steps which include the distribution of new tools (soft) website, intranet, email signatures, etc. and (hard) pens, mugs t-shirts, etc. The CEO closes with explaining the KPIs and measurements that will be presented in the future against the current baseline.
