Savvy leaders know that delegation isn't just about offloading tasks.


It's essentially about investing in the development of their team members.


They recognize that:


- Tasks are LESSONS in disguise.


- Projects forge CONFIDENCE.


- Handing off work cultivates SKILL.


The critical caveat, though, is the HOW. It demands a thoughtful approach.

1 - Choose your level (not all tasks/projects demand the same level).


2 - Assign the roles, document it with each email/update/meeting.
